Founder Good Fathers Only

Mentor & Coordinator

GFO (Good Fathers Only) is a vision created out of the Encourage ME I’m Young movement.  GFO was created to respond to the need to support and encourage men and fathers to be more active in the lives of children.  GFO trains and supports men and fathers to heal and provide the skills needed to parent more effectively.  We share support and resources for married, co-parenting, divorced, and/or single fathers and grandfathers.  Ultimately by taking these steps we rebuild and strengthen the family structure through improved communications. We use this platform to network, build resources, and support members.  This membership program can be duplicated and modeled across the country in communities where men are willing and needed to support and each other in the legacy and fellowship of fatherhood.

EMIY Future Leaders (EFL)

Coach & Mentor

As one of the youngest coaches in Ferndale High School history, Mann was appointed to a varsity level basketball coach where he focused on character building, inspiring and encouraging student athletes; a strategy that served him well after high school coaching for more than 28 years. Throughout his career, Mann learned the importance of positive modeling, mentorship, discipline, encouragement, and leadership and the profound impact it has on young boys starting from age  7.  Theses formative years make a substantial imprint on a boy's identity, self-concept, and future.  EFL is not limited to EMIY Inc. programs but making the model available to  schools and HUBs across the county; taking mentorship into the hands of willing communities and boys 8-13 to the next level.

Motivation Speaker/Facilitator
