"I am a servant leader with a solution-focused and action-oriented vision for change. It is my hope to reach as many audiences as possible to share the insights, strategies, and information that will help us move closer to solving many of the social ills that keep us divided in our families, communities, the workplace, schools, colleges, social groups and more.
I am available to groups and organizations to serve on panels, as a speaker, or facilitator for a number of topics that will encourage and inspire audiences in a way that reaches them where they are. I provide a "call to action" to stir the part of a person that understands that they are a vital part of the solution! Fatherhood Legacy Training

The Introduction to Legacy workshops are designed to reveal the key aspects of manhood and fatherhood that impact workshop participants’ self-concept and identity.
By revealing these aspects participants explore their individual direction and identity and compare how the results are shared by good men and fathers everywhere.
Fatherhood and manhood, as seen through the eyes of the community are different sides of the same coin; a positive influence in the life of a child.
Once participants glimpse the potential path to becoming the man/father that they desire they become empowered and set a positive course of self-exploration that leads to opportunities for advancement.
An empowered man/father is more likely to feel confident in engaging in family, community, and mentorship activities.

Coaching & Life Skills for Athletes
This special session can be customized to meet the need of the individual or group.
The struggles of rising athletes are uniquely different from other professions and career paths.
Sports takes a toll on your mind, body, spirit, finances, relationships, and family. At any given moment the choices, movements, or attitudes of an athlete can build or destroy a career or potential career regardless of where you start this journey and regardless of his/her best intention.
My role is to be the positive and pro-active voice of wisdom, guidance, and support in ways that are confidential, substantial, and life changing.

Personal sessions for individuals and/or immediate family are designed to assess and build on the strengths of the relevant parties invested. These sessions offer guidance, solutions, and strategies to enhance not only the talent and career but fine-tunes the body while balancing the mind and spirit to open the doors of opportunity long-term.

Group sessions are designed to motivate and inspire groups collectively toward their shared goals.

In-School Leadership Development for Boys
​
Through sharing challenging stories and engaging boys on topics such as decision making, public speaking, career planning, and goal setting audience participants are encouraged to see education in new and valuable ways.
Mann reframes the concept of School as not just a social platform or strictly academics but as a vehicle to ensure future goals are met.
By using physical fitness/activities as a transition from the classroom to the basketball court, participants gain a deeper hands-on introduction to what EMIY Future leaders are trained to become.
Whether the school or organization wants to contract for an EMIY after-school program onsite or provide students with an in-school program to support leadership building and discipline; Calvin Mann can initiate the process with you!
A visit from Mann has an almost immediate impact on boys ages 8 - 13! They are encouraged to be leaders among their peers through organizing a special event, community service to support the message of encouragement through respect which is connected to hope, change, school spirit, and leadership by example.
